Shipping policy
Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping is 7-10 business days. This is a one woman operation, and although I do my best to ship within a couple of days, fulfillment can take longer due to daily order volume.
Estimated shipping times
North America: 5-7 business days
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
All domestic US orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, which comes with a tracking number. You also have the option of upgrading to USPS Priority Mail during checkout, which typically has a shorter delivery time and includes insurance coverage.
Sticker or traditional (not magnetic) bookmark only orders DO NOT include tracking. If you would like tracking on your order, please contact me and I can bill you for the additional cost.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
At this time, I am only shipping internationally to Canada. If you are in the UK, head to my etsy shop and you can complete your purchase there.
Missing Package
If your tracking number says delivered, but you have not received your order, please do the following:
- Check with your neighbors - Sometimes USPS accidentally delivers to the wrong address
- Check your local post office and let them know you have a package that says it was delivered, but you have not received it.
- I recommend you wait a few days to see if the package shows up. I've noticed USPS marks as delivered a day or two before it is actually delivered.
- I've also noticed USPS marks items "out for delivery" in a completely different city or state than you are in. This usually resolves itself the next day.
